Elite Virtual Assistant Academy Vacation Policy

At Elite Virtual Assistant Academy, we understand the importance of rest and relaxation for the overall wellbeing and productivity of our team. Therefore, we have a generous vacation policy in place.

  1. Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible for vacation time after a probationary period of 90 days.
  2. Accrual: Employees will accrue 1.5 days of vacation for each month of service. This equates to 18 days of vacation per year.
  3. Unused Vacation Time: Unused vacation time can be carried over to the next year, up to a maximum of 30 days.
  4. Approval: Vacation requests should be submitted to your supervisor at least two weeks in advance and are subject to approval based on the operational needs of the organization.
    1. Holiday Periods: Vacation time during peak holiday periods may be limited and will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis.
  5. Sick Leave: This vacation policy does not include sick leave, which is addressed separately.
